What are your hours?

We are open Saturday, November 23, 2024 through Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Excluding Christmas Day, 11/28 and 11/29 (for the 5K + Walkthrough).

Mon-Thurs: 5pm-9pm & Fri-Sat: 5pm-11pm

December 26th - 31st: 5pm-9pm

Fridays & Saturdays in January: 5pm-9pm

When is Santa available?

Santa is available in his Workshop through Dec 22 on the following days/times: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 5:30pm-8:30pm Friday & Saturday: 5:30pm-9:30pm

Where are you located?

The main entrance for regular vehicles is Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort located at 8425 State Rd 38 Caledonia, WI 53108.

The entrance for sleigh riders and golf cart riders is Bear Paw Adventure Park located at 10006 7 Mile Rd. Caledonia, WI 53108.

How long does it take to drive through the light show?

It takes approx. 20-45 minutes to drive through the show once you are at the entrance. This can vary greatly by the pace of cars. Our busiest nights are Saturdays and the few days leading up to Christmas. On these nights, you may expect a 10-30 minute wait prior to the entrance of the show. We do our best to ask vehicles to stay at a steady pace of 3-5 mph to make the drive comfortable for everyone. This also greatly improves wait times for all guests.

Do I have to come at my scheduled ticket time?

We ask that all guests try to arrive during their purchased time slot, however we will accept tickets if you arrive earlier or later. Regardless of your selected time slot, you may still have to wait in line on our busiest days (Saturdays and the the days leading up to Christmas). Peak hours are 5-7pm.

Do you donate to any charities?

Yes, we work with Ronald McDonald House Charities Eastern Wisconsin as well as several local fundraisers.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for specific community members such as police officers, firefighters, EMS, military, teachers, nurses, seniors (65+) & more. Find more information on our community discount days here!

Do you offer fundraisers?

Can I pay when I arrive?

In an effort to safely manage the amount of vehicles entering the light show, we ask all of our guests to please purchase tickets in advance!

Are pets allowed?

You are welcome to bring your furry friends along with you inside your vehicles to enjoy the lights! Please note, pets are not allowed outside of vehicles or inside any buildings for health and safety reasons. We offer one Pet Night with Santa per season where pets are able to get out of their vehicles and get a photo with Santa outside of his Workshop!

Pets are not allowed on Santa's GIANT Sleigh or on the Golf Cart Holiday Train.

What is your cancellation and weather policy?

Cancellation Policy: Christmas Carnival of Lights does not issue refunds or credits for cancellation of ticket purchases.

Weather Policy: Christmas Carnival of Lights does not issue refunds for activities affected by weather such as rain, snow, or wind. If an activity is closed due to inclement weather conditions, guests will be notified at least 2 hours in advance and receive a full refund in the form of a gift card credit.
