Riders should arrive 30 minutes in advance to park and prepare for your ride. Please note, if your sleigh ride is on a Friday or Saturday these are our busier days! Please plan accordingly.

Ride will leave promptly at your scheduled departure time (the time on your ticket).

Sleigh Riders will enter at 10006 7 Mile Rd & park in the parking lot. Parking is free. Check in with an attendant and you will be directed on where to begin your magical Sleigh Ride adventure.

Please dress appropriately for the weather as this is an outdoor experience. You are welcome to bring blankets.

Because our sleigh rides take place in all weather elements, tickets are non-refundable. 

We reserve the right to rearrange seat numbers to optimize occupancy on the sleigh.

Please be courteous to other guest, no smoking or vaping allowed on the sleigh ride.

*Designated Handicap seating is the most accessible seating we have to offer on the sleigh, although may not be applicable for all accessibility needs. Please note, due to the nature of this ride/attraction, we do not have Handicap seating available. We recommend those guests who feel comfortable utilizing steps to book seats in Row C. These seats are the easiest to access and have the least amount of steps.

We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance.

Once you've submitted your sleigh ride payment, your seat will be booked. You will get a confirmation emailed to you with a specific bar code, Our sleigh driver will have your name and seat numbers available upon boarding.*

All golf carts signed up at the same time will leave together as a group. Please be courteous to other fellow golf carts and arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your assigned time. We are unable to refund any groups who are late to arrive but we can reschedule.

The driver must be 21 years old with a valid drivers license.

We recommend small children to sit in the middle row facing forward.

Limo Golf Carts have 2 front facing benches and a rear facing bench. Each bench is approximately 38 inches wide.

Max 4 adults ages 13 and up per golf cart

Max 8 people per golf cart, including lap riders. (Lap riders are ages 2 and under.)
