Season Pass Details
Exclusions and terms apply to Season Pass.
Upon each visit, you will need to provide your pass or order confirmation and ID to gain access to the show. Any misuse, such as impersonating a pass holder, sharing passes, or behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner may result in the revocation of season pass without a refund. Passes are valid for the 2026 season, ending on January 30th, 2027.
Season Pass and Unlimited Day Pass have limited quantities available. Passes offered online only.
Unlimited Day Pass
Passenger Van
Ticket is good for one large passenger van or senior home minibus. One ticket per vehicle is needed.
Small Bus/Camper
This ticket is good for one minibus, limo, or camper less than 30 feet long. One ticket is needed per vehicle.
Large Bus/Camper
Ticket is good for one large bus, greyhound, or motorhome 30 feet long or more. One ticket is needed per vehicle.

Lights & Flights car pass includes 1 drive through the light show, access to Santa's Workshop, photos with REAL reindeer & a viewing of the holiday themed drone show.

Important Information
We ask that all guests arrive during their purchased time slot, however we will accept tickets if you arrive earlier or later. On Fridays - Sundays, expect a 30-45 minute wait; Monday - Thursday, wait times may be 15-30 minutes. Peak hours are 5-7pm. Tickets are valid for entry at any time within your chosen hour (e.g., for a 6pm ticket, we suggest arriving between 6-6:40pm).
Please note: Santa's Workshop is open every day during the peak light show season*. Santa is in his workshop and available for photos every day until Dec 23rd.
*Santa’s Workshop, including retail and food outlets, are closed in January.
Cancellation Policy: Christmas Carnival of Lights does not issue refunds or credits for cancellation of ticket purchases.
Weather Policy: Christmas Carnival of Lights does not issue refunds for activities affected by weather such as rain, snow, or wind. If an activity is closed due to inclement weather conditions, guests will be notified at least 2 hours in advance and receive a full refund in the form of a gift card credit.
